5. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to premium picks and the member dashboard requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to the dashboard until the end of your current billing period
• Picks and premium content will no longer be accessible after your subscription expires
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or allow others to access the Service using your credentials. TrueAIPicks reserves the right to terminate accounts found in violation of this policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on TrueAIPicks, including picks, models, copy, and design, is the property of TrueAIPicks and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TrueAIPicks shall not be liable for any losses, financial or otherwise, resulting from the use of our picks or predictions. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
